Beyond Adaptation is here to educate and inspire you to continue your journey in a safe space. I have several options to accommodate your fitness goals, schedule, and budget.

Open call small group (max size 5 people)

Summer 2026 Schedule:

MondayS, WEDNESDAYS, fridays @ 7:30AM

COST: $25 per Class

LOCATION: CITY PARK

This is a great entry point into the BAF experience.

These workouts are MINIMAL EQUIPMENT. FULL BODY. FUNCTIONAL FITNESS. CIRCUIT TRAINING.

The open call group follows a General Physical Preparedness protocol, with training blocks changing every 8-12 weeks. However, you can jump in anytime.

No commitment is required, just sign up on a class-by-class basis.

My goals for participants are to:
• improve the mind-muscle connection and body awareness
• address muscle imbalances
• dial in good body mechanics and exercise technique
• Train General Physical Preparedness
• make you feel ACTIVATED and EMPOWERED to take on the rest of your day, not burnt to a crisp.
• Provide Guidance and Community

I keep the classes small so you can get the individual attention similar to a personal training session.

*For Mobile: I provide all the equipment necessary to get a great workout, but if you have equipment of your own that you would like to use we can incorporate that into the program.

Want more personal attention than group training, but still love the energy of working out with others? Now you can have both. 

How to Participate in a Small Private Group:

(1) Already have a partner or group of friends you want to train with? Just reach out to me directly and we’ll set up your private group appointment.

(2) Looking for workout partners? 

Partner Up with Beyond Adaptation Fitness!

BAF Partner Up is a program that connects you with other BAF participants in your neighborhood so you can:
Get customized coaching in a small group setting
Train at times that fit YOUR schedule
Share the cost so private training is sustainable long-term

How It Works:
(1) Fill out the BAF Partner Up Form


 (2) After Review, I'll personally connect you with other vetted BAF participants in your neighborhood.


(3) Once you and your partner(s) pick a time, just text me to book. (504-224-9720)

(4) Booking & Cancellation Policy:

To keep everyone accountable, a $75 deposit must be made in full before the booking is finalized. This means, until the full deposit is received, your desired appointment time is still available to other clients and may be booked by someone else

If full payment of deposit is not received 24 hours before the desired appointment time, a full refund will be issued and the appointment will not be booked. 

Think of Partner Up as having your own fitness matchmaker — I do the introductions, and you get the workouts. 

*Remember: It’s up to you to reach out and coordinate with each other. Once your group has agreed on a time, text CJ to book your private session.
